Brief Introduction:
1.This production line is equipped with conical double-screw extruder,die,vertical three-roller calender(with lamination and hot stamping device),cooling bracket,haul-off,cutter and robot conveyor.
2.Extruder adopts bimetal screw and barrel of higher abrasion and corrosion resistance which could increase service lifetime.
3.Calender roller is processed with the treatment of polish and chromeplate that could increase the product quality.
4.According to the customer's request,could choose lamination film and hot stamping film.
5.Could be equipped with UV coating machine and it could improve gloss,abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance,product quality and beauty is improved obviously.
