Process Flow:

Color Mixer→Loader→Single Screw Extruder→Die head→Calibration water cooling tank→Cooling water tank→Haul off→Non-dust Cutter→Stacker

Machine Introduction:

1.Extruder adopts bigger L/D with special structure which could increase extrusion capacity and improve plasticization largely.
2.Adopt Spiral or lattice basket die head ,calibration sleeve material is bronze or stainless steel.
3.Spraying and cooling water tank could achieve better cooling condition and ensure the pipe quality by high-lift water pump and high-capacity vacuum pump.
4.Haul off could adopts three-claw,four-claw,six-claw and eight-claw type which is suitable for different sizes.
5.According to different sizes,adopts planetary&non-scrap cutter and meter counter.
6.Electrical components adopts SIEMENS motor,ABB inveter and RKC temperature controller.High-quality component could ensure consistent and stable production.
